Silverbyte completes installation of the Optima Hotel Management Software Solution at 13 hotels in Germany in only 6 weeks.

May 14, 2013 – Silverbyte Systems has completed the installation of its Optima Hotel Management Software solution at 13 Leonardo Hotels in Germany in record time of only 6 weeks.

Leonardo Hotels has completed the acquisition of 20 former hotels of Queens Moat Houses Holding Germany (QMH) in April 2013, including 15 Holiday Inn Hotels, 4 Best Western Hotels and one Queens Hotel, and has currently put them into operation. 13 hotels, located in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Hamburg, Heidelberg, Mannheim, Hanover, Baden-Baden, Aachen and Karlsruhe, have been branded as Leonardo Hotels and Silverbyte was requested to implement the Optima software solution in all 13 hotels as fast as possible.

Silverbyte teams started immediately the process of installation, implementation, training and changeover of the Brilliant system in all hotels, including Optima PMS, Multi-PMS, online connection to sales channels (GDS and IDS), online web site booking engine, POS and Events management in all the hotels with full connection to Leonardo Hotels central management tools such regional CRS, daily snapshots and Optima Mobile abilities. The project was completed in record time of six weeks to the satisfaction of the hotels’ staff and the group’s management.

Our staff is very happy with this very friendly software and the hotel managers greatly appreciate the various marketing reports and tools that they can use on a daily basis. Optima system is being used in all our 85 hotels in six countries”.

Fattal Hotel Group includes 85 hotels with over 16,000 rooms. (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Hungary and Israel).
